Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet is a sizable buffet-style restaurant located on Spring Mountain Road, catering primarily to fans of seafood and Asian-inspired dishes. Its large dining area, capable of seating around 280 guests, offers a more casual, straightforward setting rather than an upscale or trendy vibe, making it a practical choice for groups or families looking for variety without the fuss.

The focus here is clearly on seafood and sushi, served alongside a broad mix of Chinese dishes and dim sum. Diners can expect to find plenty of crab legs, lobster, sashimi, and freshly prepared sushi rolls, including some with spicy tuna and avocado. The presence of traditional dim sum items like shumai highlights its appeal to those who enjoy a more authentic Asian buffet experience. Vegetables like broccoli and lighter options such as soups provide balance amid the richer meat and shellfish selections.

Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet works best as a spot for those who want to sample a wide range of seafood and sushi without paying high prices typical of Las Vegas strip venues. It suits groups with varying tastes, since the mix extends to beef ribs, pork short ribs, duck, and even specialty dessert items like green tea ice cream and rainbow sherbet-style ice cream—although some desserts have received mixed opinions from visitors.

Arriving early in the day generally means a more relaxed atmosphere with less crowding, making it easier to navigate the buffet stations and enjoy freshly replenished dishes. Service tends to be attentive, with staff quick to respond to diners' needs, which helps maintain a smooth flow even during busier times.

While the offerings might not satisfy those strictly seeking gourmet or fine-dining sushi, the variety and quantity make it an attractive option for anyone who appreciates all-you-can-eat seafood combined with Asian flavors in a low-key environment. It's particularly popular among locals who value the balance of quality and affordability here, making it a reliable go-to for casual lunch or dinner outings with family or friends.

They served really good seafood, mostly Chinese food and Dimsum. I love their Shumai. They also have Japanese station that serve sashimi, sushi, crab legs, oysters, sea bass and more. We love there deep fried shrimp on the stick with seasonings, crispy and tasty. They also have duck, it was a little bit dry. We also love their ice cream, rainbow sherbet. The atmosphere was fine and we got good service.

We came here about ten minutes after they opened. Not too many people so the atmosphere was good. The food was also good especially the seafood and sushi. I wish they also have sashimi, it would have been perfect. The meat (beef/chicken/pork) were just so-so. The dessert were not that great, good thing they have ice cream. The service was good as well. The staff were quick to respond to requests. Our plates were collected real fast.

Heard a lot about this AYCE seafood restaurant. We went for lunch and we lucked out as there was plenty of lobster and crab legs. Very nice variety of dishes. Place seats 280 people so there is plenty of space. My favorite was the sashimi and the crab legs however I did eat a lot of lobster . Had the red bean and butter pecan ice cream for desert. We were stuffed. I say check it out.

10/10 stars. Crazy thing is a good joint like this can be 10/10 and people will still find something to complain about. Food quality is amazing here. Don’t listen to any bad reviews.

Compared to ‘fancy’ buffet options on Las Vegas Blvd, I recommend this one for Asian people. The taste was good for us. I love fish, and this restaurant offered multiple fish dishes :)

What a gem of a buffet in Vegas!! Lobsters are very fresh and delicious. Everything is prepared and cooked very well. Veggies and meat are excellent quality. Will definitely come back whenever we visit Vegas.
